How to add multiple business accounts to pay business bills

Pay business bills allows you to manage multiple businesses accessible from a central location. This guide will show you how to add additional businesses and easily switch between them. In this guide, you'll learn:

Adding multiple businesses

When you have additional eligible businesses, you can activate them through your Capital One business account. Follow these steps to add a business:

1- Log in to http://myaccounts.capitalone.com.

2- Sign in with your user credentials.

3- On the page, you'll see your business accounts displayed. Select the business account you want to add. Note: if the business you would like to add has multiple business checking accounts, then you only need to perform these steps through one of them, and the others will automatically be added.

4- Once in the desired business account, select Pay Business Bills from the dashboard.

5- Review the terms of service and privacy policy from the pop-up window.

6- Once you have reviewed the terms of service and privacy policy, select the checkbox to accept the terms. To continue, select Get Started.

7- You will then be asked to choose a verification method for 2-Step Verification moving forward.

8- You'll be taken to the pay business bills dashboard for your newly activated business.

Switching between businesses

Once you've added multiple businesses, you can easily switch between them:

1- Look at the top of your pay business bills dashboard, where your current business name is displayed.

2- Select the dropdown arrow next to the business name. A list of all your activated businesses will appear.

3- Select the desired business from the dropdown list.

Your dashboard will update to show information for the selected business, including the relevant vendors, funding sources, and payments.
