How to delete a credit card from your account

Pay business bills allows you to use any credit card (subject to card network limitations) to make a payment. Paying with a credit card has a 2.9% fee.

You can easily connect your Capital One Business card or another type of credit card.

You can also save on fees by using your Capital One bank account to send payments.

How to delete a credit card you have added

To delete or remove a credit card you added in the past, please follow the steps below.

If a credit card is presently being used for scheduled payments, it cannot be deleted. You will have to manually cancel all scheduled payments for the credit card before deleting.

1- Go to Settings in the left sidebar. 

2- Scroll down to Payments & billing and select Payment methods.

3- Once in the payment methods section, find the card you wish to delete.

4- Select the 3 dots located to the right of the card.

5- Select Delete from the menu.

6- To confirm the deletion, select Yes, delete. 

That's it! The credit card will now be deleted and removed from your payment methods.
