Here are some great reasons to receive the payments through pay business bills using fast delivery:
- Quick and reliable: Get more control over your cash flow with fast payments arriving the same or next day (depending on weekends and federal holidays).
- Convenient: Skip waiting for an estimated delivery date and get the payments faster - either automatically when you opt in, or with just a few clicks when you choose fast delivery for an individual payment.
How to opt out
If you’re currently receiving automated fast payments through pay business bills, opting out is straightforward. Just submit a support request form to the pay business bills support team.

Here are some tips to help complete the form:
1- In the Subject line, enter: Request to change fast payments preference.
2- In the Description field, write that you want to opt out of fast payments.
If you'd like to stop receiving fast payments from a specific customer, include the customer (payor) name.
3- Select Submit.
The support team will receive the request and respond within 1-2 business days.
After opting out, you can still choose fast delivery for individual payments at any time.
That's it! Once the support team processes the request, fast payments will no longer be applied automatically.
