Contact us with chat support

Our chat support tool is available to help you find answers quickly and efficiently. The chat widget provides instant access to relevant help center articles and self-service options to resolve common issues.

You can access the chat from your pay business bills dashboard by following these steps:

1- In the pay business bills dashboard, select the support bubble at the bottom of the left sidebar.

2- Under the Contact Us section, select Start a Chat to launch the support window on the right side of your screen, where you can browse relevant help center articles for self-service.

If you need additional assistance beyond the self-service options, the chat will create an email ticket for follow-up. Our customer support team will respond within 24 hours during our operating hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM EST, excluding Federal Holidays).

You can also submit a question directly through our help center or email us at support@capitalonebusinessbills.melio.com. We'll respond within 24 hours during our operating hours (Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 8 PM EST, excluding Federal Holidays).

For your convenience, you can also select Submit a question from the top right-hand corner of the help center page.

Requesting a call back 

If you prefer speaking directly with our team, you can request a callback, and a support associate will contact you during our operating hours to address your needs.

Follow these steps to schedule your call:

1- Sign in to your Capital One Business Banking account. 

2- Once logged in, you'll see your business accounts displayed. Select the business checking account you want to use.

3- Once in the desired business account, select Pay Business Bills from the dashboard.   

4- From the pay business bills dashboard, select the support bubble at the bottom of the left sidebar.

5- Under the Contact Us section, select Request a call back to schedule a call with a member of our support team.

6- Next, fill in the Request a callback form:

  • Enter the phone number you want us to call
  • Select the Issue type from the dropdown list:
    • Payment issue- you’ll need to add the payment ID
    • Account issue
    • General issue
  • In the Description, tell us in detail how we can help you.

7- Once done, select Submit request.

That’s it. Our customer success associate will call you back to assist with your request.
